The conference organizers will provide free of charge transportation for WSOM 2016 participants from the Hilton, Marriott and Holiday Inn to the conference venue. A bus will run in the morning and evening to these three hotels. The bus will pick up from the hotel lobby nominally at 7:00am on Wednesday Jan. 6th, 2016 and 7:15am on Thursday & Friday Jan. 7th & 8th, 2016. These hotels are within 15-20 minutes walking distance to the conference site. (See Rice area map.) Many hotels also have their own shuttle service within some radius that may include Rice. Please inquire with your hotel about this possibility.

Best Western, La Quinta, and Sheraton offer a courtesy shuttle service within two miles of their hotels. Best Western is within this two-mile limit and is also along the Metro Light Rail. Participants will be responsible for making transportation arrangements to and from these hotels.
